Bouskour project

Bouskour is a copper project in the eastern Anti-Atlas, Morocco. Reserves are estimated at over 9 million tonnes of run-of-mine ore with an average copper grade of 1.61%. The feasibility study was completed in 2018. The project is part of Managem's copper strategy alongside Tizert, reinforcing the Group's position in energy transition metals.

KPI blocks:

+9 Mt — Reserves (run-of-mine)
1.61% — Average Cu grade
2018 — Feasibility study completed

Etéké project

Located in the Ngounié province, 420 km from Libreville, the Etéké project covers a 1,408 km² exploration permit acquired by Managem in 2007. In October 2025, Managem strengthened its cooperation framework with Gabon around this strategic project. Development work has identified probable reserves of 452,000 oz of gold across three open-pit deposits. The investment is estimated at $138 million, with commercial production targeted for Q4 2028.

KPI blocks:

452 KOz — Probable reserves
60 KOz/yr — Target annual production
138 M$ — Planned investment
2028 — Production start

Pumpi project

Located in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in the province of LUALABA within an important zone of copper reserves, the Pumpi project presents itself as a large-scale deposit.

In partnership with the Chinese group Wanbao Mining, Managem Group has launched the construction of a mining complex, consisting of 32 operating permits covering a heritage of 25.6 km2.

With its strong geological potential, Pumpi project perfectly embodies Managem's strategic ambitions in Africa. More than 10 years of research and major exploration work carried out by geologists from Managem have led to the discovery of mineral resources of 148,500 T of Cobalt and 778,000 T of copper.

While the inauguration ceremony of the project took place in March 2019, the main civil construction work started in May 2019. In September 2020, Pumpi went into production and delivered its first copper cathodes.
