This major milestone marks the start of production, culminating more than two years of work and confirming our gold strategy in West Africa.

- 1.8 million ounces of estimated reserves
- An open pit mine with a capacity of 35 Mt/year
- A 2.75 Mt/year processing plant incorporating state-of-the-art processes
- Strategic infrastructure: 23 MW power plant, dam, dyke, base camp, airstrip, road network, etc.
- More than 2,500 jobs created during construction, 90% of which were filled by local resources

With an expected production of 160,000 ounces/year over the first three years and a projected lifespan of 12 years, Boto is establishing itself as one of Senegal's most important mining projects.

Boto, was designed as a real lever for sustainable development, contributes to access to drinking water, the strengthening of health infrastructure, the training of young people and women, and the deployment of income-generating programmes for the benefit of local communities.
