More than 2,000 children of employees from all regions of the Kingdom gathered in Bouznika for a series of sessions to enjoy a fun and meaningful human adventure under the theme: ‘The children of the Managem Group, from all regions, committed to a sustainable environment’.
Several activities were organised and designed to bring this edition to life in a spirit of fun and knowledge sharing:

• Environmental awareness workshops and planting activities
• Artistic, sporting and cultural competitions
• Launch of a radio station and podcast designed and run entirely by the children
• Cultural visits to Rabat's iconic monuments
• A welcome day marked by safety induction and the distribution of kits and supplies

An initiative that promotes values, combining learning, living together and commitment to a better world.

As of March 31, 2025, Managem Group reports a 20% increase in its consolidated revenue.

In partnership with EEM, a subsidiary of NAREVA, Groupe Managem is now supplying its Bleida and Bou-Azzer sites with wind power. This innovative project, based on a medium-voltage (MV) supply, will cover 90% of the energy needs of these sites thanks to wind farms in operation.
This unique initiative is fully in line with the Managem Group's environmental commitments and offers major benefits:
