Tizert mine
Located in the Taroudant province of Morocco's High Atlas, Tizert is one of the major copper projects in Managem's portfolio and embodies the mining model the Group intends to deploy for decades to come.
With an investment of $440 million, resources of 1,068 Mt, reserves of 600 Mt at end-2025, and an 18-year mine life, the asset is built for the long term. Its production capacity of 107 kilotonnes of copper concentrate per year will cover a significant share of Morocco's national copper needs, reinforcing the country's self-sufficiency in this metal that is critical to the energy transition. In 2025, the site reached the decisive milestone of entering commercial production, with first copper concentrate sales beginning in Q4.
Key figure to add:
At end-2025, Tizert contributed 33,824 TC to the Group's copper production, bringing total copper output to 110,721 TC for the year.
