Bouskour project

The Bou Skour copper deposit is situated in the eastern part of the Anti-Atlas belt about 50 km East of the city of Ouarzazate. The first discoveries of this mining district date back to medieval times and subsequently was mined by “la Société Minière de Jbel Sarhro” in the 1940’s. Mining activity was continued in 1948 by “la Société Minière d’Issougri” and then by “la Société Minière de Bou Skour”, which in 1950 revealed interesting anomalies through geophysical prospecting.
After several years of closure, starting in 2008, Reminex, a subsidiary of Managem Group, began extensive exploration programs, including geophysical survey and more than 100,000 m of core drilling, leading to the discovery of 19 million tons of M&I Mineral Resources at 1,44% Cu and 12 g/t Ag.  The inferred mineral resources are 5.4 Mt grading 0.98% Cu, 10 g/t Ag. The Feasibility Study completed in 2018 reported proven and probable reserves of 9 million tons at an average copper grade of 1.61%. Owing to its Transformational Strategy and the criticity of copper for Green Energy  , Managem has invested in an exploration program supported by new technologies to increase the Tier size of the project and improve its economic fundamentals. This strategy is supported by the ready-made Brownfield targets and the potential of the Saghro province.

Boto

Boto Gold Project is located in eastern part of Senegal, close to the borders of Mali and Guinea, and at 88 km from the city of Kédougou. This project is one of the assets recently acquired by Managem, all located in the Senegalo-Mali Shear Zone (SMSZ) which hosts several gold world-class deposits such as Loulou and Fekola currently under production.
The project has mineral reserves of 31.5 million tons of ore grading 1.6 g/t gold, equivalent to 1,605,000 ounces.
The Boto project is currently at the construction phase, the plant commissioning scheduled for H1 2025.
Part of the infrastructure including camps, access road and utilities is operational. Pre-stripping of the main pit Malikoundi started in 2024, with mining excavation expected to reach 39 million tons of rock per year over a life of mine (LOM) of 11 years.
The ore will be processed in a CIP plant at an annual capacity of 2.75 million tons.
Average production expected during the first three years is around 170,000 ounces of gold per year, and for the entire Life of Mine (LOM) around 128,000 ounces per year.Managem is undertaking exploration program based on an integrated regional strategy and an objective to increase the LOM and reach future organic growth. The current deposits are still open in depth and laterally and infill drillings are underway for delineation and Resource Extension. In addition to Boto, Managem holds an exploration portfolio in the surrounding area, and advanced Greenfield exploration targets has been identified.

Tizert project

Located in the Western Anti Atlas, 65 km from Taroudant City, Tizert Deposit is among exploration success stories of Managem as a Cu-Ag world Class deposits discovery.

Exploration initiated in 1969 by BRPM (Bureau de Recherche et de Participations Menieres),  led to  identification of the Cu-Ag mineralizing system and potential for a copper deposits in the district.

Since 2016, Managem has undertaken sustainable exploration works that consist of airborne and ground-based geophysics, geochemistry, hyperspectral and more than 200,000 m of core drill holes. This multidisciplinary approach supported by new technologies of exploration deliver successive resources and reserves growth. Currently, Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources are estimated at 100 million tons, with an additional 30 million tons classified as Inferred Mineral Resources with a very prospective Brownfield targets for sustaining growth.
For the project's feasibility studies, expertise was sought from globally recognized engineering firms alongside Reminex Engineering, a subsidiary of Managem. These studies estimated the reserves to hold 590,000 tons of copper metal and 1,190 tons of silver metal, with a projected phase 1 annual production  of 120,000 tons of copper concentrate over a 17-year operational lifespan.
Additionally, Industrial Valorization Plan (IVP) studies were carried out, aiming to position the project as a benchmark in technological and digital advancement within the industry.

In terms of infrastructure, the project plans include the construction of:

•    148 km of pipelines and 8 pumping stations
•    70 km of new 60kV power lines
•    40 km of new 22kV power lines

Etéké project

The Etéké Project is 80% owned by Managem and consist of mining lease which cover an area 810 km² awarded in April 2022. The initial exploration permit covered an area of 1,408 km² was awarded in August 2007, and was the subject of exploration activities and development work that led to the award of the operating permit.
The concession is located in the Ngounié province, 420km from the capital Libreville, in the Etéké gold district, known as Gabon's first gold district. Gold mineralization is of orogenic gold type, of Paleoproterozoic age and related to the Eburnean orogeny.
Exploration work includes airborne, geochemistry, mapping, prospecting, trenching, shallow auger drilling and core drilling for reconnaissance and delineation.
Managem's work on the permit resulted in the identification of an Indicated Resource of 674,000 ounces and an Inferred Resource of 207,000 ounces. The pre-feasibility study carried out concluded on a Probable Mineral Reserve of 452,000 ounces of gold on three (3) deposits: Dondo Mobi, Dango and Ovala.
The external pre-feasibility study is based on open-pit mining of three (3) deposits: Dondo Mobi, Dango and Ovala.  For an initial CAPEXt of US$138 million, a gold price of US$1,700/Oz and a treatment recovery of 93%, gold production is 422,000 ounces, the NPV of the project is US$131 million, the IRR is 36%, the AISC is US$704/Oz and the payback period is 2.8 years.
Aiming to improve the project fundamentals,  Managem continue to extend mineralization beyond the current deposits, and drill selected advanced exploration targets enhanced by ML data processing.
